Dear Kamie,
We enjoyed meeting you and visiting your beautiful country club during our recent trip to Statesville. Both my husband and I were very impressed with your professionalism, great ideas for the rehearsal dinner and helpful suggestions. We appreciate you introducing us to Barbara for the flowers and the dessert for the rehearsal dinner. Both my son and his wife to be found it easy to speak with each of you and appreciate all your help in making good decisions for their very special day. I know that everything will be perfect at the rehearsal dinner on Friday!
I am still working on the guest list for the dinner and will give you a count as soon as possible. I have ordered the invitations and I should get the response cards returned very soon.

I would like to thank you and everyone involved at Fox Den Country Club for an outstanding evening on April 1. The planning process, the facility and the food were perfect and made for a very relaxing and enjoyable evening for all who attended. Your attentiveness to detail made it easy for me to sit back and enjoy being the mother of the groom!

I have gotten nothing but compliments from everyone I have spoken too regarding the event and from my perspective; everything came off without a hitch. If you heard of any issues or have any suggestions as to how we can improve on the event, please let me know.
We are looking forward to having the _______back at Fox Den again next year, looking at Saturday, June ___. If you could put us down for that date that would be great.

Thank you so much for helping make my little girls day so very special. Everything was beautiful! Everyone enjoyed the food and the staff was very proficient. I also appreciate their help with the cleaning, especially the girl who helped me pack up all the left over cupcakes!
